These terms apply to your use of the Mighty Works website and to the lawn care, pool service, and junk removal services provided by Mighty Works LLC ("Mighty Works," "we," "us") in Gilbert, Arizona and the surrounding East Valley. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Pricing is based on the scope of each job. When you request a quote, a service technician evaluates the property or project and provides a written quote, typically within 24 hours. Work begins only after you accept the quote. If the scope changes once work is underway, we will let you know before performing additional work.

Scheduling and access

Service frequency is set by agreement with you and can be adjusted at any time. For recurring services, we need reasonable access to the property, such as unlocked gates, on scheduled service days. If we cannot access the property, we may need to reschedule.

Payment

Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.

Services we do not provide

Junk removal services exclude biohazards and hazardous chemicals. We may decline any job we consider unsafe or outside our scope.

Text messaging program

Mighty Works offers text message communications for customers who opt in. Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, quote and invoice notifications, and responses to your questions. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
